All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any of our services, including subscriptions, API usage, or data scraping services.

Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate consumption of API credits and data scraping resources, all payments made to Pitchers are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to all services including but not limited to:

  • Monthly and annual subscription fees
  • API usage credits and overages
  • Data scraping job credits
  • Premium feature access
  • One-time service purchases
  • Setup and onboarding fees

Why No Refunds?

Our no-refund policy is in place for the following reasons:

  • Immediate Service Consumption: Our services are consumed immediately upon use, making it impossible to "return" digital services
  • Resource Allocation: API credits and scraping resources are allocated and consumed in real-time
  • Infrastructure Costs: Each API call and scraping job incurs immediate infrastructure and processing costs
  • Data Processing: Once data is scraped and processed, the computational resources cannot be recovered
  • Fair Usage: Prevents abuse of our refund system by users who consume services and then request refunds

Billing and Payment

  • All charges are processed immediately upon purchase
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance for the billing period

  • Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension
  • We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods

Cancellation Policy

While we do not offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Service will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation
